The dropbox is located to the left of the main front entrance door to our office.

The dropbox is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Before Dropping Off Keys

To ensure keys can be correctly identified, please follow these steps:

• Place all keys in a sealed envelope.
• Clearly write the tenant’s surname on the front of the envelope.
• Ensure all keys are securely placed inside the envelope before depositing them.

How to Use the Dropbox

1. Lift the dropbox flap.
2. Insert the envelope fully into the slot.
3. Ensure the envelope has completely dropped into the dropbox before leaving.

Important Information

• Do not leave keys outside the dropbox.
• Do not write the property address on the envelope.

Failure to correctly label or deposit keys may delay processing of your tenancy.
